Sample Everything™ operates at sample-everything.com. We are the data controller for personal data we collect. Contact us at hello@sample-everything.com.

Account data: Email address and hashed password. Used to manage your account.

Uploaded content: Video and audio files you upload. Processed to generate your sample packs. Deleted per your plan retention policy. Never used for any other purpose.

Usage data: Features used, credits consumed, login times. Used to improve the service and enforce plan limits.

Payment data: Processed by Stripe. We never store card details. We receive only payment confirmation and subscription status.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type. Used for security and fraud prevention.

Stripe: Payment processing — stripe.com/privacy

Cloud hosting: Server and file storage — encrypted private storage.

Resend: Transactional emails only — account confirmation, password reset, usage alerts.

We share data with no one else.

Account data: While your account is active.

Uploaded files: Per your plan retention policy — Free + Starter: 24 hours, Pro: 7 days, World: 30 days.

All data: Permanently deleted within 30 days of account deletion.

You have the right to:

UK and EU users may lodge complaints with their local data protection authority.

We track download counts and approximate location for analytics. No personal data is stored without consent.

When you download a free sample pack, we record: the pack downloaded, the date and time, your approximate location (country only, derived from IP), device type (mobile/desktop), browser name, and referring URL. Full IP addresses are never stored — only the first three octets (e.g. 192.168.1.x).

Session cookie: Keeps you logged in.

Auth token: Remembers login if selected.

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or third party analytics cookies.

Sample Everything™ is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. Contact us immediately if you believe a minor has created an account.
